These items are only for folks who have been directed here by our customer support team. At this moment in time, many of these items are not usually sold stand-alone and we only do so in special cases - for example "my dog ate my doll's wig" or "my cat attacked my Smart Doll and ate its arm."

Before buying these parts, you should probably put some money aside for the medical fees for your pet. If you have some money left over then contact our customer support team and explain the situation and supply photos where possible. They will give you the password to add items from this page to your cart. Please do not share the password.

Supplies are made available based on stock levels or the severity of the issues you are having.

For example, if your dog ate a Smart Doll hand, the hand may come out the other end in the poop so you may be able to wash and reuse it. Do note that undigested corn may be stuck inside the vinyl part. 

Some of these items are only available in limited batches but we make them available when eaten by a pet. 

Bodies will be shipped as a simplified kit like this but without head or wig. Tote bag not included. Includes Telescopic Stand. Sports Bra not included.
