About the Smart Doll Spine

 "Chaos - Smart Doll Girls Spine" is not actually outlet grade but of product grade. We hide things that may confuse newbies in the Chaos section and only make them available to existing Smart Doll customers who have purchased from this site before. 

This is the latest generation spine with the new uni-shoulder. The shoulder used to consist of 11 components but the new design reduces it down to 3 (including screws). Not only that - the new shoulder also absorbs much more stress.

However, the two screws on the shoulder are only there for future proofing purposes and are not needed which is why they are not included - just put a bit of grease on the shoulder peg and push it in the socket. The socket design makes use of physics to warp inwards and hold the shoulder peg in place - kinda cool ;-)

Regardless of the skin tone, all Smart Doll's use this spine which has tea color neck, shoulder and spine base. The reason is that these parts are not so visible when the body is assembled and even if the shoulder becomes visible depending on the pose, the tea color looks the most natural for cinnamon, tea and cocoa and surprisingly blue too.

The photo shows a silicone tube around the neck socket but thats not included.

Use this part for modding with the Chaos Frame pieces or what have you. Do not attempt to replace the spine on your Smart Doll if it has the old frame as you are going to likely break something.
